Partner PVM Large card not registering

Ext. 78 and 79 assigned to group 7 in #505
I have tried a #728, reset save all.

I seem to have screwed up a PVM large voicemail card by hot swapping a backup and restore card. The processor did not have a backup card seated well and when I tried to save to it, the message backup failed, insert card (or something like that) locked onto the display on Ext. 10. Nothing I have done gets it to clear, even though I have saved to the backup card.

The processor keeps giving me a busy on Intercom 777.

I have tried the card in another processor and it still give me a busy, but another card, comes up.

Could I have screwed up the processor?

How can I cleared the backup message?

Can I do anything to save the card, it is full of messages?

#123-3 will clear the alarm. If 78 & 79 are assigned to hunt group 7 and you get a busy on dialing Intercom 777, I'd have to say the voicemail card is kaput.

Agreed. If direct dialing ports 78 & 79 reaches a busy, the voicemail card is shot and will need to be replaced.
