I have a question on an ACS 6.0 with a PC Mail card

How do you get your messages from outside the office if reception answers all calls.???? Transfer to your ext what do you dial ???

Once an Auto Attendant answers, press "*7" and then follow the prompts.

If a receptionist answers, ask to be transferred to the desired extension and press "*7" when the mailbox greeting starts to play.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Yes. The receptionist can transfer you to 777 and that will get you to the prompt of: please enter your extension and #.
