Partner Messaging 1 not updating time from ACS

Also, I wonder if this is related, I cannot RS232 into the PM Module. I have the 355A wired correctly, I have the terminal set to 19200, 8, N, 1, just like it should be. I do get the boot up info, but no matter how many times I hit the Enter key, no login appears. Any ideas fellas??? TTT HELP!

When in doubt, back up both the processor and voicemail and power-cycle.
I believe that the time & date are transferred from the processor to the voicemail via one of the ports assigned to hunt group #7. I'm not sure which one. Check and make sure all of the correct ports are assigned to that group.
If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
