On a partner mail if i want to change auto attendant I press intercom 777 the dial zero and password. The problem is when I press zero it says transfering to operator.

I believe 9991# password# will get into the system admin box

It will also transfer you if your vm hunt group members are not all in the hunt group. What VM do you have?
