A customer with PM is asking if there is any way to be able to store or archive their VM messages long term. Maybe off load them to a long term storage device.

Not gonna happen with Partner Mail. An IP Office with vmpro could do it.
The Partner Messaging admin software can do a full backup of the messaging system, including all voice mails. I'm not sure if you can access the voice mails individually from the backup, though, this may only serve to restore the messaging system and not be an archive system.
