Partner II Key/Hybrid mode

We have a number of Partner II systems in branch offices. From reading the manual it says that they can be changed from key system mode to hybrid mode by an AT&T technician. These are all very old systems, long off any maintenance. Does anyone know how this can be done? I am guessing there is a dip switch or jumper on the main system board that must be changed.

I know the newer ACS systems have a command to do this but that command does not worker on our PArtner II

On the card itself, there is a small hole that allows you to spin a small screw head. this will turn your system to/from hybrid.
