Customer wants to leverage their existing 18D and 34D sets in the new solution.
I checked out the AA setup, the timeout action is hard-coded, in that it will only timeout to x10 after the inactivity period expires. I though I might be able to cascade auto attendants, to somewhat emulate queuing, but that won't work either.
