partner doorphone with viking controller RC-2A

Can i use a viking rc-2a controller and a e-30 doorphone . Is there any special programming for the ACS. Last what is the button programming to release the door.

Everything works but I cant release the door with the * code.

I've always used the Viking SRC-1 for doorphone touchtone release
