Partner ACS voice mail mulitple logins

Our Partner ACS voicemail system has experienced a "multiple login" on one of our mailboxes. When we try to access the the voice mail it states "You cannot get your messages now due to multiple logins, please disconnect. Goodbye." Re-initializing the password won't get us in. Re-initializing the mailbox itself will delete the messages. There is no reference to multiple logins in the Lucent manuals. This is frustating - could use some help.
 
Sounds like you may have a problem with your VM card. And/or programming. Make sure that the VM box in question is not the automated attendent box and check to see if the box is properly initalized. If all is correct you will have to reinitalize the entire VM card. Also just as a thought check to see if all the VM ports are being used. If they arn't you will get that error because there are no more ports to use VM with.
