Drive C cannot be FAT32 if you plan on installing NT. The primary boot partition must be FAT16 or NTFS.<br><br>As far as converting the new drive to NTFS, you can let the install of NT do this for you.<br><br>Unless you are using a boot manager, i.e. - BootMagic or SystemCommander to hide the Win9x primary partition.
