Hi all,
I am facing a problem with the partitions of a Hard disk. The problem is that when I login on an NTstand-alone Server; which is on an NT network; with a user (who is a member of the local administrators' group); and browse the contents of the HDD, I am given full access to the whole hard disk( i.e : I am allowed to create shares, i can add/remove data, etc.)
When I login to the same machine as the local administrator, the 2nd partition(D
is shown to be "unknown"!! I tried to check its status in the Disk Administrator too, which gives the same "Unknown Partition" for that!! This is strange as I can access the network shares of that partition properly!!
Can anyone help?
Thanks, -Ashish
