Hi...

I have a little problem , I need to search words with characters like é á í ò ... for example , PARÁNA. I tried to change the A and the Á for .* , but I got every row that contais P,R and N with any string betwen then... Is there a way to do this considering only one character ???

Thanks

AJM

I believe the standard sql wild card for any single character is the underscore. So "like 'par_na'" should do what you want. [sig][/sig]

Or use the wildcard for an indeterminate length string:
