We have 5 sites setup in our AD Domain, this is nothing new we have had this setup for 3 years. Now one of my sites will not fully replicate. The strange thing is it partially replicates. What I mean by that is some changes done on the other DC's and sites will replicate to that site others will not. Password changes will replicate from that site out to the rest of the domain. An example of these changes are we demoted a DC the other day and that change replicated to that site. But computer accounts setup at that site do not replicate out.
Also it will only replicate to 1 server in the domain, it can not find the other servers. All servers can be pinged and browsed from this server.

W2K AD Domain, DNS servers at each site GC's at each site
256k Frac T1 to this site, all others are 512k-Full T1.
No hardware or software changes on this DC. It has SP 3 and all related patches.
