Partial e-mail seen????

Here's a good one....
I have a user who receives partial e-mails once in a while. What I mean by this is that the user will scroll down to read the e-mail but on part of it is there....
It dosen't happen all the time and just on this one user.
User running Outlook 2000, network Exchange 5.5 / server nt4.0 sp6
Strange????????????? any thoughts..

I have seen this when the person sending the email has a bad habit of typing text in the body of the email message without entering any paragraph ends. There are some messaging apps that will truncate the amount of text between <enter>s. The best way to verify this phonemonea is to look for more than one paragraph in the email, if all of the beginning text is there and then suddenly ends, it is probable it.
