Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could cast their opinion on this computer setup. I'm contemplating buying this and would like to hear any advice. Will I have any compatibility issues? Or would this set up be a sure go. Any upgrade suggestions? I want to stay sub 600 if possible. Thanks In Advanced!

All depends on how you plan on using it. It should be a fine general-purpose PC, but it won't be a gamer and the upgrade path is limited. Far greater upgrade path:

or
depending if you're red or green
for green
for red

Good upgrade path all around. Red or Green (ATI or NVidia) you have the basis for a rig you can upgrade slowly, add another video card, another CPU, another PSU etc but this can be the basis for a REAL PC rather than a limited number-cruncher like you have selected. You don't mention the OS but with XP PRO (NO VISTA!!!) you're looking at $650 + shipping, money well spent.
