I've got 4 sites linked via SCN. All sites are 406V2's with 3.2.54 software. The last site I've set up has a VCM-8 and a PRI card w/ DS30 & Phone 8. While training the customer we noticed that Parked calls would just drop before they were ever even answered. I noticed that every time the call dropped you would hear a ticking in the handset or speaker just before the call disappeared. I blew the main unit back to default and problem stayed. I disconnected all other units, problem stayed. Took all daughter boards out of main unit, problem disappeared. Put the PRI card in, no problem. Put the VCM board in w/ the PRI card and problem came back. Blew system clean again and put VCM in w/out PRI card, no problem. Put a new PRI card in with VCM and problem comes back. After hours of troubleshooting it appears to be the VCM board. Has anyone else come across this problem? I've put numerous VCM's in with no problems. This one is weird. Any ideas?
