Park Call on Option 11c 1

Hi all.

Option 11c w/ 2616 sets.

I need to have our receptionist park calls for our salesforce after they have been notified of an incoming call. These folks would go to their set and retrieve the call or any set in the building that is available.

Below is our current call park setup

How would I setup the receptionists phone to park calls and how would I setup the dn's to pickup the call?

you've posted the ld 50 data, your call park dn;s are 700 to 709.. (10 700) 10 numbers starting at 700

for analog stations cls xfa no class mark for a digital set, just add key xx prk.. press the park key, i perfer to dial the persons dn then park.. page mr smith you have a parked call.. mr smith press's a park key dials his dn.. or from an anaolg, spre 72 plus his dn

the park dn's can be used from a display, just press park twice and you'll see the 1st vacant dn, then page to retrieve 700

You should program each console/phone with the park key:

was able to make it work, but when I came in this morning all the phones i programmed with a park key do not have the key anymore. They went back to their prior settings.

Also the MURT route went back to null

I have never lost any programming I did 1 day and come in the next day and it's gone, unless the switch did a reload.
I would check my history file to see if it did reload.
