parameter fields not list all data 1

I have static parameter to allow users to pick from a list.
My problem is that I only get part of listed data. eg 100 of 300. Does anybody know how to fix the problem.

Remember that static means the list will NEVER be updated even when the underlying data is. You need dynamic parameters for that.
