I have a hand full of PCs that when my users try to log on it is giving them a "Parameter Error" and sending them back to the logon screen. This is happening on several XPs and a few 2000. I have never encountered this problem before. I tried logging on in safe mode and as the Administrator but still getting the problem. Any thoughts??

This should get you in. Look at the Event Viewer to see if there is greater details (Start, Run, eventvwr.msc)

If you have a restore point from a working time, use it.
This may be the consequence of a recent windows update. Details are sketchy at the moment. Dell and HP computers are the most likely to show this error.
