Parameter Download on a 2410 telephone

What is causing the "parameter download - pending " when I status a 2410 telephone.. seems like no matter if I busy release the condition never changes...

I have cut and pasted a screen shot below.

I beleve the Download status pending is due to the Administered Type: 2420 is in conflict with Connected Type: 2410 S/N. I noticed this when some of the hardheaded techs I have do not change the phone type when they replace the set. In this case there is no 2410 phone type you must use 2420. It will never go away. I also noticed that the operation of the set is not affected.

I have the same thing in my G3. My problem is that the 2410 option was not avaiable until CM2.2. So in my CM2.1 and CM2.0's, I use the alias of 2420. They work fine, just you always see "pending
