Domino 7.0.2fp2 Started terminating abnormally throughout the day today.

Log reads Thread =[0a84:0012-0bc4]
Stack base = 0x13fb0090, statck size = 3448bytes
Panic: Invalid pool Free Chain

Server Diags on hardware came up fine,

Any ideas where to start?
