Panasonic KX-TDA30 Programming Error

Hi. I am attempting to replace 2 Mobile Handsets which I have done many times via my laptop. When I enter the INSTALLER mode and highlight the extn portable station number, nothing happens. I have also noticed the other areas are greyed out like ERROR LOG.
I have check I am using correct password.

*PCCKXTDA* = vendor ID, change INSTALLER by *PCCKXTDA* ((including the stars)
Same password as INSTALLER
But I think you are making a mistake, the management of portable extension numbers is in 1. Configuration 2. Portable Station, and not in 4. Extension 2. Portable Station

Hi. Did all of the above. Still the same. When I try and highlight the position it turns red.
Seems like there is no permission to do this.
Is there any settings that could be disabled?
