We set up our managers phones so that if they dont pick up their office phone it will forward to their cell phones. It works, but the call drops after about 10 min, any ideas?
The CO-CO transfer disconnect timer is set to 10 minutes by default. Extend it or turn it off completely in Trunk Group -> trg settings. Make sure you have some sort of CPC detection or be using ISDN trunks else the lines will stay busied out until some one resets the line card or system.
