Palm HotSync and MetaFrame XP

I have users that would like to plug in a Palm HotSync cradle to their local workstations though a USB port and sync their Palms with Outlook that is running on the Citrix farm. Is this possible, and if it is possible does anyone have the procedures for this task?

USB connections are not supported, I believe. Serial connections are tho.

Got to be worth a trial, may want to hang on a bit before full purchase tho.
