palm desktop in network

Palm Desktop does not seem to be network capable? or?
I use Time&Chaos ( with sync possibilities
to Palm. Its a good program but somewhat slower than the new Palm Desktop ver.4
Anyone knows of any networkcapable PIM other than outlook to syncronize with Palm?
