Palm Accessor for True Sync

I am using Sidekick 98 with Windows XP. Want to synchronize multiple card files with Palm 505 device. Downloaded True Sync Plus from a link on this forum but when I try to run it, error message comes up saying I don't have the Palm accessor set up and to do so. But the only True Sync softwear I have is the one that came with Sidekick 98. Where can I get True Sync Desktop 2.0? Do I need this? How do I install a Palm accessor when the True Sync Plus is not the desktop software.
