Paging help

I need someone to point me on the direction about Paging problem.

I have Avaya IP office 406 and I am using one of analog as paging port. I setup correctly according to the docummentation. I test the page port using my tester and i can page (shortcode *70) but i only can hear the tone coming from my tester. I can't hear my any voice...(the tester is offhook ) I also attempt to connect to UPAM connecting analog port to Page Input Port on UPAM . The output connect to Valcom 24VDC. Still not working. I don't know what i am doing wrong. Can somebody please help me?. I Also attempt to bypass wht UPAM and connect directly to the Valcom speaker..No luck....I am out of ideas.

Thanks, I already try that. I just notice somethings on the user screen in which you can make a extension off-hook (version 3.2 (53)). I tried that without plug in the analog phone. Still do not work. I will try with the phone off hook.

that is probably off hook station feature, which is something other than whjat you are talking about.
