Paging gets busy signal when night service is on

We have a direct dial number that comes in and goes directly to a huntgroup for Paging (ringing) all phones in the building. This allows the president to call after hours and ring all phones to get in touch with anyone working late who may have triggered an alarm. The problem is that the direct dial number gets a busy signal if the night service button is on. If you dial the paging extension from inside the building with night service off all the phones ring correctly, turn on night service and it too gets a busy signal.

What do I need to change so night service doesn't effect this?

Probably all the groups are in night service
have a look if the group is defined on the button
if not all the groups where the user ,that press the button, are going in to night service
