Can anyone PLEASE tell me what this means?

When are you getting the error? Boot-up, after X minutes of use.

Is your page (swap) file located on this drive? If so, it may be corrupted, in which case you have to delete it. To delete it, set your system to use no page file and reboot. Go to the drive and delete the swap file (you will have to remove the read-only attribute first). Next, set your system page file again, then reboot.
