PageServer.exe error

I have placed Crystal Reports 8.0 on my NT 4.0 server. The 1st time I access a web based report I receive an error:

pageserver.exe
Exception access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x41086e99

This error causes the pageserver services to quit. After I reset the service I can print ALL or any of my reports.

I am in desperate need of an answer.
