Pages without url bars, standard buttons bar etc. 1

Hello people!

I want to have a webpage with just my title bar. I don’t want anything else (No url bar, back / forward keys).
How can I learn to do this?
Can someone point me in the right direction?
What is it called?

In the past I’ve made pop-up windows, which are the size of a regular screen, but I don’t think that’s the correct way to go about making the website I’m writing about.

Please give me an idea as to where I can start.
