Page Properties Margin Tab Missing

Somehow the margins tab is missing from the page properties. I have no idea what I did that caused it to go away. I've tried removing themes but that didn't have an effect on it.

I looked on Microsoft's website but can't find any information on how or why the page margin tab may not be displayed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
