Forgive me if this is not the place to post this question, I am new to this forum. As most of you are instructors, I thought maybe you have come across this situation. I have all HP products and subscribe to AOL. When I print pages off the internet the letters of the URL on the bottom of the page is horizontally cut off which does not leave enough to actually recognize the letters. I called AOL-- not their problem. I called HP -- not their problem. I have the HP Deskjet 695C. Does anyone know of settings I can change to resolve this matter? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
