Page Numbers in Sub Report 1

Hi, I'm using CR XI SP1.

Hw do you get the Page Numbers to show correctly in subreports. My main report is a drill down so it does not have paging but my sub report not a drill-down but paging dow not work her.

I would appreciate any help on this..

Why not place the page number in the main report if the subreport is not on demand?

Hi LB,

I did, and only the last page number shows which is correct. In my one report, my subreport has 14 pages. Using the Page Number from the Main report, the last page shows 14 but I am missing the page numbers for the 13 pages of the subreport.

It sounds like you have the subreport in the report header. Create a formula like this:

whilereadingrecords;
1

Insert a group on this, remove the group name, and move the subreport into the new group header. Then the page footer with the page number will be available on each page of the main report.
