Page Footers on Drilldown Groups

I have a report which has a drilldown group.

The problem I have is that the Group Header is (now) shown on every page, but the Group Footer is only shown on the last page of the Group.

In neither case is the Page Header or Footer shown when I drill down into the Group.

Ideally, for this particular report, I would like to use the Page Header and Footer, but I can cope with the Group Footer being shown on each page.

Any ideas ?
