I'm using Crystal XI and have built a cross tab report. The report exceeds the bounds of the right margin. That's not a problem as the remainder of the report simply wraps to a second page. However, Crystal apparently doesn't recognize the fact that there are now two pages. This is an issue because the fields contained in the Page Footer section are only printed on the first page.

Can this be corrected and, if so, how?

Thanks.

Right click on the page footer fields in question->Format field->common tab->repeat on horizontal pages. There is also a field explorer->special field->horizontal page number that can be appended to the regular page number with a hyphen so that virtual pages can be collated correctly: page 1 - 1, page 1 - 2, page 2 - 1, etc.

Thanks again for a great tip. Worked like a charm.
