Sometimes I have only few records on the page. How can I print page footer after those records, not at the bottom of the page? Thanks for help!

A page footer, is exactly that, a page footer and you can't make it print right after a few records. If you created a grouping on your report, you could place the contents of your page footer in the group footer and it would display right after the last record.

Try creating the following formula called Outer_Group:

whilereadingrecords;
""

Insert a new group based upon this formula. Make sure that it is the outer most group.
Suppress the Group Header.
Move the contents of your Page Footer into the Group Footer.

You Page Footer will always appear right after your last record now.

Don't use a Page Footer, it's name describes it's function.

You might use a group, or a secondary details section which is conditionally suppressed except when you count only "a few records" per page.

Brian, your idea is good but I need to show a "page footer" after the last record on the page.

OK. I think you need to define your criteria for when a page footer should be at the bottom of the page and when it should be moved up to right after the last record. Give a couple of scenarios and what you would expect to see.

ie. 1 page report, 5 records, page footer moved up.
2 page report, 5 records on second page, page footer on bottom of first page and moved up after last record on second page.

You can use Brian's suggestion for creating a fake group that will allow the page footer to come up to the bottom of the last record in the report, and also put the same information in the "real" page footer. Then go to format section->page footer->suppress->x+2 and enter:

Onlastrecord

The real page footer will print on all pages but the last, and the fake group footer will print only on the last.
