Page break in Access

Hi I have a report in Access which shows data grouped by region, activity and question. i.e.

Region 1

Activity 1

Question a
Question b
Question c

Region 1

Activity 2

Question a
Question b
Question c



I would like access to create a page break at the end of every set of activities - but I am not sure how to do this can anyone help? ie.

Region 1

Activity 1

Question a
Question b
Question c

Region 1

Activity 2

Question a
Question b
Question c

First you need to use "Sorting and Grouping" to create a new group for each 'set of activities'that you want to forcfce a break on. Then go to that section in the report and look at the properties. You will see one called 'Force New Page'. Select the appropriate oprion to achieve the output you require.
