Can anyone recommend a good, inexpensive packet sniffing and network monitoring program?

I use a combination of Ethereal, Network Probe 0.4, Languard Scanner, and MRTG...

Haven't used NetProbe before, but Languard is pretty effective I think, so I would 2nd the use of that one mattwray
