I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

I have a web page that uses an ActiveX component that I designed (it prompts the user to download the .ocx the first time he/she accesses the page). I need to somehow package the .ocx with a required .dll which most computers will not already have. Does anyone know of a good way to do this?

Thank you,
Mike

When you create the cab file to distibute the active-x over the internet with the package and deployment wizard, you have the option to include files in your cab. Just include the files that are required and if they are missing on the cliënt, they will be installed during the installation of your cab file.

Good luck!
