Looking for some advice concerning our in-house PA system. We can no longer make a page from any analog or digital phones, although the receptionist console can page. In LD 32, the card tests as BUSY. We've disabled and re-enabled and physically removed and re-installed the card with no effect. Kind of at a loss at the moment. Here is the printout for the card below if you have any thoughts. Thanks!

Doesn't make a lot of sense that the Receptionist can page and no one sles can unless some programming has changed. I'm assuming she has a 2250 console with a PAG key. The print out you gave is the trunk, what about the route? What is the ACOD you are dialing. If nothing has changed in programming I would suspect the cars is faulty.

A couple of things to check. 1. Has anyone changed the route data for route #2..ie the targ..
2. Does the attn have the trunk group busy key set for the paging route. This happens quite often by accident.

If its not working, get a bigger hammer!

OK, I'm barely above novice in this. Does this printout help?

Looks like your page access is 71 and has a TARG value of 1. If your phones have a TGAR 1 then that is your issue. Remove the TARG on the route and problem is solved.

return until you get to TARG and do an X1 and then return through the rest of the overlay
