Hi,

we need to define a Compact Privacy Policy so our recruitment system can be accessed by user's external to our corporate environment can access it, via a host's domain. Which makes our own domain appear as a 3rd party web site to IE6.

We have been able to create a policy and deploy it, successfully.

However, my question is the the questions and issues about access to Personal Identifiable Information in relation to literall data info that can be extracted from the cookie.

Or having the cookie and using it to access a site will it show Personal Info.

Our cookies contain no actual Personal Identiable Information within them. However, it would takle you to our recruitment site, where users are forced to manually login using a ID and password, before accessing any information about themselves only.

The cookie would contain no information about their ID or password.

We are unsure if the issues regarding Personal Info is in regards to info literally contained and identifiable in the cookie.Or is it in regards to the kind of info we are gathering in the actual recruitment application itself.

Thanks in advance,

matt.
