owner wants JD to sync to John Doe in GAL

Ok, this is a tough one for me. Hopefully someone can help. The owner of the company is John Doe. There are other people in the company that has the same initial like Jane Doe or James Duncan. The owner asked me to create a shortcut so that when people in the company send email to JD, it automatically goes to him instead of a pop-up screen asking you to choose John Doe or James Duncan. Is there a way to get around this? Thanks in advanced.
