OWA Worldwide Publishing Service locks

About every few days I get a call from one of our users on the road saying he or she cannot access OWA. Sure enough, it's dead. I login to our Exchange server and stop and restart the Worldwide Web Publishing Service and then it works. Anyone out there ever see this?

I had the same problem. Not sure if this is the answer, but make sure "everyone" has "log on locally" rights. Below is a good link to OWA troubleshooting and the instructions on how to change rights.
