Hi All,
I've had a look through this forum and although there are some topics about this they are all over 2 years ago, and don't address my issue.
I have a user who is using AOL as their service provider and she is unable to logon to OWA using her AOL browser. Having done some research on the web, I advised her to start-up AOL, minimise and start IE then use IE. However she says that she has used her AOL browser for OWA with a previous company and that's what she wants to do still.
I can sucessfully log on as her, from 3 other PCs, all on different (although not AOL) ISPs, so I know it's not an Exchange or logon credentials issue.
I'm running Exchange 2003 as part of Windows 2003 Small Business server, is there a setting or option I'm missing here?
Thanx
Gary
