I have Exchange 5.5 sp4 on a WinNT 4.0 Sp6a server on the private side of the DMZ. I would like to set up OWA on a W2K server with IIS 5 that is in the DMZ. I'm having trouble finding information on setting up OWA for Exchange 5.5 on the W2K Server. Does anyone know where I can find some good documentation? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks,

Hi Chester27, Thanks [pilgrim] for your reply. I tried to install OWA on my IIS Server from my Exchange 5.5 CD. It errored because my web server is in the DMZ not in the domain. I would like to have the OWA on my IIS box. Do I have to remove it from the DMZ add it to the domain, install OWA then return it to the DMZ? Is that the proper sequence?
My IIS box is not in production at this moment so this would be possible for me. I a week or two it will not be possible.
Thanks for your input.

Hi DawnMc,

I have quite a similar issue. There is just not enough info on Technet to address this. I would like to install OWA on Exchange 5.5 running in Windows 2000 Server. The initial install of exchange specifically said not to install OWA on W2K server! Does this mean that we cannot add the component later on (add/remove programs) after installation of Exchange?

Got any more info?

Thanks,
Marlene
