Hopefully someone can provide me with some insite to my problem here. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Background: 3 Exchange 2003 servers SP2
Server A: Front End Exchange 2003 OWA
Server B: Back End Exchange 2003
Server C: Back End Exchange 2003 (located at remote Site)

Senario:

Server B is the primary back end server that houses 99% of the mailboxes in our organization. I would like to begin moving the mailboxes of our remote site users to the exchange server on their site the only problem is that when the users's mailbox is moved to Server C they are unable to login to their email through OWA. The error http/1.1 503 Service unavailable is displayed when the user attempts to login via OWA. The users are able to connect to the server through Outlook though. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you

A FE redirects requests to a BE. Are the required ports open. Do you have host headers set properly?

Turns out the FE server wasn't resolving Server C's name. Added a quick host entry and everything was fine.
