OWA stops working after SP1

Ok over the past 2 days ive been trying to solve why OWA doesnt work various issues like bouncing login box access denied etc, so i too a backwards step and formatted and tried a reinstall. i have so far deduced this

Windows 2003 and exhcnage 2003 no sp works as far as loggin in but the web pages looks corrupt, ve run a patch but doesnt seem to change much, Anybody solve that 1, If i install SP1 i then cant login What does SP1 do in exhcnage that does this ? I just get bounced back at the login all the time.
