Another 3rd party application stops a Microsoft software functionality on a production server. Hopefully someone can help me, here is the problem.
Scenario:
Windows 2000 Server Adv. w/ Exchange 2003
Before I installed GroupShield 6.0, Outlook Web Access worked without flaw (ofcourse). I'm not sure if Groupshield caused OWA to stop working, however nothing except the GroupShield installation was performed on the server prior to me getting reports of OWA not working.
When I now goto I get The Page Cannot be Displayed msg.
Looking at the Internet "Information Services", under "Default Web Site" I can see a stop sign icon with the word ERROR in place of the usual icon next to, Public, Exchange and Exadmin folders. If I press 'F5' the icon revert back to the Folder with a globe on the bottom right side.
Any ideas?
