OWA Slow

new to using OWA and it seems to work great -- internally. What is an average time to connect and display your email. My connect time seems way too long about 10-15 seconds before my inbox messages show up. I am connecting from a cable modem to my office a T1 so the speeds should be good on both ends. Are their any setting I can check, change or look at. One last item of note is I am connecting through a PIX firewall but, I am pretty sure nothing is blocking the connection from going through the PIX.

Any help is apreciated and needed

I get 10 - 15 Seconds on 56k.

Ping and see what delay you have. If it is fast internally then OWA is fine. Dan
